Your RTO does, or you do on an Individual licence. Everything generated is yours to edit, rebrand, deliver and keep if you stop paying. We claim no rights over your content.

We check every unit you hold against training.gov.au once a week, on your behalf. If one is superseded you get a banner on the dashboard, a row on the Unit changes page naming what replaced it, and it is recorded with the date we found out — which is the sentence an auditor wants rather than an undated claim that a unit is current. You can also ask the register yourself from any unit page at any time.

An active seat. When a trainer leaves, remove them from the team page and give the seat to somebody else. Their units stay with the RTO.

Any time, from the billing page. The change takes effect immediately and Stripe pro-rates it — you pay the difference for the rest of the period on the way up, and are credited on the way down. Your units, packs and edits are untouched either way.

The licence runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account becomes read-only for 90 days: everything opens, everything exports, nothing generates. One button on the billing page downloads the lot — every unit, both copies of every assessment, the mapping documents, the tool review and validation records, and a CSV of every edit ever made. After the 90 days nothing is deleted either; it is simply out of reach until somebody subscribes again, and then it all comes back exactly as it was.

Yes, on annual plans. Ask for one from the billing page — we need the legal entity, the ABN, your purchase order and where accounts payable want it sent — and we issue a tax invoice payable in 30 days. A person checks each request rather than the form handing out credit terms, so it is not instant; the licence starts the day the invoice is paid.

If an auditor raises a finding about the mapping or the coverage in a pack VET Creator produced, send us the finding. We rebuild the pack, correct the mapping and check it by hand, at no charge, for as long as you are a customer. It is not a refund and it is not advice about your audit — it is the document put right. And it does not stop applying because you edited the pack: every other version of this promise in the market voids the moment you change a word, which is the same moment the vendor told you to contextualise it.

Fourteen days, no card, and two complete units — which is enough to see every document the product makes, because a unit produces the whole set. Downloads are watermarked and the compliance set is locked until you subscribe; everything else is exactly what you would be buying, at the same quality, with nothing held back in the generation.
